1. To Identify and screen the Intellectual & Developmental Disabled at various levels.
2. To habilitate them with all available means and scientific approaches leading towards personal independency.
3. To create meaningful employment opportunities for better living.
4. To create public awareness about mental disabilities.
5. To conduct researches in the field of mental disabilities.
6. To offer counseling to the family members of such afflicted children.
7. To provide training to the parents, siblings and untrained staff working in this field.
8. To create man power development and professionals.
